Amazing news from Saudi Arabia : 43 botoxed camels have been disqualified from a beauty pageant. 

The King Abdulaziz camel festival is an annual meeting rooted in the Bedouin tradition which welcomes farmers from the whole Gulf. It takes place in a desert in the northeast of Riyad. We think their first aim was to win the big prize of 66 million dollars.

During this event, the shape and the size of lips, neck and bump are the main criterias of beauty to decide between the camels. 

Why have they been disqualified ? Further to a physical and medical exam, especially after their passage through X-rays, the doctors have detected the presence of Botox in 43 camels. They have been disqualified straightaway.

The offenders have had heavy sanctions and won’t have the right to participate to future beauty pageants anymore.
